New runes bug

Everytime i log out and log in i LOL again my runes are deleted, and then most of the times i forget that that happens and start a ranked game without my runes ( i can only use the starter runes which u cant change... ) so i usually leave the game because i dont want to play with wrong runes and get a leaver buster.... can somebody help???
