[GAMEPLAY] Triangular indicator that appears when I press spacebar

It's not a "bug" per say, but it wasn't announced as far as I know. This started happening in patch 6.23 and occurs 100% of the time. I simply have to press the spacebar and the triangle appears above my champ. Holding the spacebar down also keeps it there with a circle that disappears and reappears at the bottom of the character model. I re-downloaded the client in 6.23 but I had not played on the patch before the download so I don't have exact proof that that's what caused it.
