[Client] Dodging ARURF games does not give any penalties.

^title, i've tested it multiple times for testing purposes on my account and told my friend to dodge as well to test it out properly, if you dodge, any rerolls your friend used are refunded and no penalties are issued, if your friend dodges you can also q up without any issues and obviously if you used any rerolls you also get them refunded. for any 1 reading this I suggest deeply NOT to abuse it, you possibly risk your account getting punished for abusing this. i've dodged about 4 times to test it out.
