Not receiving additional coins to upgrade champion mastery

So this is the 4th or 5th time i have not received a mastery coin to upgrade my champion mastery. Also, on my last game I didnt receive a chest for getting a S. Please help

If you are going from 6 to 7, it requires you to get a plain S or an S+. An S- will not get you a coin going from 6 to 7 mastery. If you're not receiving chests, it most likely means that you don't have any available. You can check your profile to see how many chests you have available.
