Did you have a chest drop available? If you've gotten several chests recently it takes several days before you can get another.

According to http://championmasterylookup.derpthemeus.com/ you already got a chest on her this season. I mean, if the champions have a gold border around them in the Collection tab, then you've gotten it (so you can tell that way as well).
