No Hex-Tech Mastery Tokens from Twisted Treeline

I'm playing Graves on TT, get an S+ rating and do not get a token. Is this token stuff a chance drop per say, is TT not supporting Mastery Tokens yet, or is this some kinda bug??

TT and ARAM do not support levels 6 and 7 mastery.

Because they are not as important as Summoner's Rift, or at least that's what Riot is telling us.

Only normal SR can give Mastery tokens.
