Only half of my rune pages appear in champion select [CLIENT]

Hey guys, I wanted to know if anyone else has a problem in champion select where the rune pages don't all appear. For some reason, I'm only able to see 9 of the 20 pages that I own. I have attempted to reinstall the game but that isn't fixing the problem. If anyone can give me some insight and maybe a solution to my problem, I would appreciate it.
