bilgewater event rewards bug

I can't seem to be able to get the second reward on the event. I got the first one just fine. I click on the "click here to earn bilgewater rewards" but i can't click on the continu button. So i don't know if it's because i did something wrong or if it's just a bug. I would like if someone looked in to it. Thank you.

Is this issue still occurring for you?

Please let us know if it is! Sometimes the rewards can process a little slowly, so perhaps the system did not think you had finished act 1 yet.

Same thing happening for me, I finished 1st act and when I click rewards all I see are a bunch of shapes and strange characters.
