Empowered Qiyana Q doesnt work

i have a clip where it goes through targets without dealing damage as well i am not sure if i saved it

Had it in jungle, but not as mid lane Qiyana. The empowered passives also did not trigger on anything

I played just now against qiyana, she told me to go dragon and let her hit me so i was like ... alright.. i came and all her Qs went through me with dealing 0 dmg, what the hell.

cant they just fix the godamn bug? jesus christ

The Sivir in my games W wouldn't bounce as I was playing Qiyana.

I just played a game as qiyana, can confirm empowered Q doesnt work. I couldnt proc electocute aswell, so that might be bugged aswell

i had the same issue, but after I got a kill I could use my empowered Q again...
