Ahri Bug

Sometimes when I play Ahri and I'm not sure if anyone else gets this glitch. I get a weird glitch where random colored flashes on the screen, and I am unable to see everyone's auto attacks and abilities, including myself. I can't see any attacks, making it difficult to play. The glitch is gone when I restart my client, but having to restart my client every time causes me to have AFK multiple times in the game.
