[CLIENT] Skin selection bug, will select Classic skin when a skin is pre-selected

This may or may not be just in teambuilder, but when I select a champion the last skin I used is automatically selected. If you do not deselect and then reselect that skin, the classic skin will be used instead of the skin you wanted. This bug has been for a while, and seeing that is hasn't been fixed, figured I would make a thread about it.
