The bug of Katarina !!! Could not Q R and basic attack !!!!!!!!!!
I was playing the team rank game tonight !
but then I could not use Q and R and * BASIC ATTACK !!!!!!
Plz have a check and fix this bug . :(

Uh, you can't auto attack during her ult. EDIT: OH! You mean you can't use any of those? Yea, I heard that's a bug.
This happened to me just barely in a game, as well. I think it started some time around when I went to try to kill Sion. I used my Q to try to last hit him, but I think Jinx got the kill. Anyway, after that, I could not activate my Q or my R and I couldn't auto attack. Whenever I hit Q, the circle showing the range of my ability would come up and my cursor would change, but no matter what I targeted or if I clicked(I have auto cast on), I absolutely could not cast my Q or my R.
I also couldn't back. It wouldn't work if I used the button on the UI or if I hit b. I tried restarting the game and that didn't work, I tried enabling and then disabling quick cast(I had it on by default before this happened). It did eventually go away after I died and we were able to go on to win the match(Jinx carry FTW), but it was terribly inconvenient since I was absolutely worthless for a good 5 minutes.
I didn't die prior to restarting League, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not.
I think it may have gotten stuck when I tried to kill Sion. I'm not sure, though.

hey i posted about this i have a theory about hwat causes it... i dont want to be that guy that advertises his post but id love for riot to see it or just for people to give me feedback on if im right or wrong... so can you check it out?
