Malzahar's shield not breaking after taking damage on ARAM [Gameplay]

Malzahar's shield was not breaking after taking damage or at least the animations of his shield were not deactivating. also frequently was being immune to CC effects when he shouldnt be. I have saved the gameplay footage for review but unsure as to how to send it in. The cooldown on his shield was so fast that if it was deactivating after taking damage it was not going down fast enough before it came back again.
