[client]? Didn't receive a chest after getting a s-ranking

I just played my first match with the champion chests reset and got a S ranking with . I didn't receive a chest for the s rank, however. I'm not sure if this is the right place to report this, as i've never had to report any other bugs before, so I apologize if i'm wrong here and please redirect me to the correct place.
