Champion Select invisible chat bug

Okay so recently I've been experiencing a weird bug. Before sometimes when I go into a lobby or a champion select nothing I type and send shows up in the chat nor does any other messages show its just not there. For awhile a simple client restart would fix the problem for a time then it'd suddenly happen again, but now not even a client restart helps I cannot see anything I send or what anyone else sends in a lobby or champion select. I cannot see what lanes every wants and I'm not sure if they can see mine. Champion select communication is important in League if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled league didn't help.

P.S. I am pressing enter in the video just nothing shows

fyi. I entered a normal with a friend and he told me he could see my messages. Yet I couldn't see what I typed in or what the others were writing..

Champ select chat seems to have been buggy for a while now I've had this same problem before where I can't see anyone's messages but everyone can see mine Recently (past couple of weeks) I've been chat blocked for typing one message, trying to call my lane, and the message hasn't gone through so I didn't get to call anything. Really annoying

So still trying figure this out and find a few things same thing happens in spectator mode cannot see anything if someone sends you anything and you cant type and see anything only chat related thing that works are private msgs and actual ingame chat

(Update) Problem seems to have solved itself or someone did something on the sly I've played 3 games no issues hopefully stays that way

I have this too and don't know how to fix it, any help?
