After my friend updated the game with de last patch, 6.20, he can´t start a single game, every time he tries to play the bugsplat arrives, and i have played with him for so long and its the first time this happens riot pls, give assitance.[zombie-nunu-bummed]
has he tried the repair files feature in the help section when you start the client up? otherwise he might just need to reinstall it.
I successfully played a custom and ranked game today in patch 6.20.
The first instance of me getting a bugsplat was trying to watch a replay off of replay.gg later during the day. I got a bug splat when it tried to go into the loading screen of the replay. After that I went online to try a custom game and got a bug splat. All other game modes end up in bug splats.
Did a repair install, did not help.
