Client Bug

hi i've got a serious Problem and its Very annoying .. well after the new Client update i opend the game and Realised that the Settings Bar in the Right Side didnt show up because the Client's Screen was not Complete and now i cant see my full name + my friend's names too .. also i cant extend it to be a bigger picture pliz help me
