Everytime I try to play ranked games, sometimes the client just stop working for no reason. It isn't just first time but I think at least once a day. Can you fix this problem? I'm on promo series and missed one chance already. Plz Plz Plz fix this.
Sounds like a hardware issue.
I had the exact same issue. First time it gave me a loss and an error message. The error message had instructions, which I followed. It then gave me a 2nd error message, and you guessed it, a 2nd loss. No longer in promos. Didn't even have a chance to play. :( not a hardware issue on my end, most definitely a league issue. I've asked them to expunge the losses from my account and replace me in promos (with my 1 free win I had previously). Let me know if you hear anything!
