Client found match greyed out accept

Around every other time i find a match ill accept like normal and wait, someone will dodge and it will pop up with the greyed out accept and it makes you dodge, im not sure if anyone else is experiencing this and i dont know how often it has happened to me today i would say atleast 10 different times.

had this exact thing happen to me.

someone else doesnt accept, the q re pops, the accept button is greyed.
