Movement freeze

I have had some weird movement bug, it works like a huge lag spike were you can´t move but the ping stays fine. The ping has been 80-120 ms , one time that happend it spiked to 200. Durning this short session i can see everyting else work fine like champions moving etc. Could this be something with the game or maybe me upload speed idk. I didn´t check if i could cast spells. Me friend has also experinced this, i have had this 4 time the some day and ones the day before. This happend this weekend on saturday and friday. Just wanted to see if this could be some ingame bug that others have experinced.
