Lee Sin Vayne bug

There is this bug in which Vayne's condemn doesn't knock back Lee Sin if he hits his resonating strike on you when you finish casting condemn. I've a video of it there. I just want someone at riot to see this post so I would greatly appreciate you up voting this post or bringing awareness to it in some other way.
