RP Gifting Bug

So me and my girlfriend mystery gifted each other at the same time. We were on the same internet right next to each other. Everything on my end went fine and it sent her gift BUT on her end it sent a gift to me but didn't take away the RP from her. We tried this a second time to make sure and it happened again. It took my RP and gifted her a skin while it DIDN'T take her RP and still gifted me a skin. I personally think this is a huge bug and wanted to post this to make sure it gets fixed ASAP. Thank you.

Hello, I've noticed the same thing and took my time to google this. Me and my cousin did the exact same thing and the first attempt my cousin didn't lose any RP for 1 skin and we did it again to test it and sure enough I didn't lose any RP this time. I figure it's a very recent bug. We ended up gifting each other at different times to see if it was the problem. Apparently it can be used to get free RP skins from the gifting system.
