TOP DC but we are not allowed to REMAKE

The Ranked solo/duo game has just ended at 19:49 23/04/2017. Top player Tryndemere was DC from the beginning and returned like after 1X minutes. He was premade with Amumu Jungler, you could check our game conversation they admitted that they were premades. Moreover, Tryndemere claimed that he has a bug clash thing on his client(?) I'm not here to blame him but the remake thing is quite annoying as Ive seen same problem in this community. Its the second game in a row that someones afk but we could remake in the first game. I dont want to lose LP because of your game's faulty since its unfair.... Thank You!

I could provide a photo if you want but its meaningless since he returned after everything so it wouldnt prove much and its GOLD division you cant tell by their farms. I've added the ADC and we really want to sort this out. Thanks again.
