Heartseeker Ashe Q particles removed. No more Hearts and Stars.

They took off the Q particles on Heartseeker Ashe. She is shooting clean arrows while every other skin has the old frost shot effect. Hearts and stars should bounce off of the enemy on every autoattack and it isnt happening. What it should look like--------------------- What it looks like

Thanks for reporting this! We'll investigate the issue (hopefully Star Guardian Lux isn't hogging all of the stars. :P)

I believe this was fixed on Friday. It should be taken care of in the next PBE build.
