Sion 2014 Issue

Let me first say, in my personal opinion: I love new Sion, he's a unique behemoth and i think he's a lot of fun. But his Q being my main damage output, i've been running into a re-occurring problem. I put probably 4 points into my Q, by that point, i'm useless without it, then for some reason i lose the ability to cast it, as well as my ult; My W and E function fine but i can slam away on Q or R to no avail, Anyone had similar problems? If So, I hope something can be done about it, i ran a bot game as him to try and emulate the happening, sure enough. No Q, no R
