End Screen Animations?

I don't know if RIOT disabled this feature, I can't find anything on a forum or patch notes, but it appears the end game animated Victory/Defeat aren't working. If anyone can explain how to re-enable them or fix the issue that would be great. Or, can can find a link to the post where they say its disabled?
