Disconnection

For some reason, my game disconnects about every 1-2 minutes for 10-15 seconds. It is very inconsistent, some games it doesn't happen at all or only once, but other games it happens every 30 seconds. I don't believe my ethernet is to blame, because I usually get below 30ms. This use to never happen but it has been happening for the past 3 months. I have moved at that time and it still has the same problems as before. Does anyone know a solution?
