Please remove or change teemo champ

he's so annyoing his skins his laugh every thing in him so annyoing even his gameplay when some when play teemo he make you fell like you play against sata.n that not good i've been 800 hp as adc and teemo blind me and he's 20 hp after my skills gone and now i have basic attack and still blinded he kill me and he miss 2021291020921 basic attack ...
