Unable to Authenticate to client, only when using my Comcast internet but not my Verizon tether.

I just a win in one of my series because the game decided right as we're loading into a ranked game that I no longer had a valid session and couldn't load into the game, I waited a bit and switched to my phone's internet and re logged into league just fine to find that the match got remade so it was just me that didn't get to connect, really sad. I wish this would get addressed, but I know it won't because both riot and Comcast are probably to blame.
