Poppy had an exploit that kept crashing games

So in my most recent match of thresh, we had a poppy admit to cheating and kept dropping players over and over. His IGN is: HAHAHAHHAHXDXDAH

He admits to cheating on same IP address for years. Which is highly unlikely. But if you were to watch the match you can see that he kept disconnecting and reconnecting and when he did this he kept dropping all of us. I have a recording on it as well of us in game. But I am terrible at video editing or whatever.

Please look into this. I can't tell if this is an exploit or just straight up cheating. He did something at the beginning but I don't want to tell just in case people might do it in their games.
