client fails to create dumb file

this new client triggers me so hard

re occurring issues: client closes randomly force dodge in champ select game select before starting queue always messes up

**please god don't get rid of the old client. the new client always manages to make the worst situation happen **just got 30 minutes dodge penalty because client says it cant create dump file and closes and reopens
