Avast and Firewall

LoL has been getting blocked by peoples firewalls. This has not happened to me but my Avast did perm block LoL from my computer, resulting in me having to uninstall Avast and Re-install League.

Could the Firewall issue be related to why my Avast suddenly Blocked LoL as a "Malware" after 3 years of it being fine.
