Fix the PBE

On the PBE I was playing URF and lots of champs are bugged. Rengar (which I was playing) can only use his Q and his Ult for invis. he cannot jump, he cannot E, he cannot w, also his Q has no CD so you can just spam it, but you cant even get near the enemy because you have to just run at them and hope you don't die before you can get to them or you can flash and do that and wait every min to get 1 kill. Bard is also bugged with is W ( He cant use it) and his ult (it doesn't freeze anything). there is also victor which cant but the item to upgrade his abilities. I could go on but I am just making this hoping that Riot sees this and fixes them as soon as they can.
