Chat services are COMPLETELY down! please fix!

I cant invite friends to any games, i have to play solo. when i play solo, i cant call my lane or coordinate roles with team! we just have to pick and fit in..

hence my question last night.. how can NA ranked be played competetivly with this crap going on? busted season for sure.. !!!
