[Crash] The new normal draft system

When I logged on to Lol I queued up for a ranked game and everything went fine. As the game started and the League of Legends Logo showed up on the middle of the screen it stuck. It wouldn't disappear so I could go to the loading screen of the game. I logged out and tried to log back in but when I open the client now it doesn't even open. The League of Legends Logo shows up and stays there. I would really appreciate some help.
