DJ Sona's ultimate evolution [GAMEPLAY]

Upon using Sona's ultimate on her skin, the evolution of her music does not occur. I have played quite a lot of games with her so it safe to say that the reproduction rate is close to 90%. After using it, the track remains as it did before, now, however, I have noticed some workarounds, but they do not work as intended everytime.

1. Rather than evolving the music in the current stance (kinetic,ethereal,concussive), the current stance remains the same, however, switching over to another one in a short period after using the ult, the intended music can be heard in the other stance. 2. If the ult is used while an aura is still active (q,w,e) , the music does not change. I have tested this a couple of times in games, and I have found out that the evolving is much more probable if I haven't used any basic abilities(auras) in the last few seconds.

Do note that on patch 5.4(when she was released) , I had none of these issues and everything ran smoothly, so I suppose that the latest patch could be the nuisance.
