Your idea of punishing people for leaving should look at their history. I NEVER leave games, and I never had all the way up until you did an upgrade. Now I am punished because your update did not load properly on my computer...

Same here I have a leaver buster because their stupid game can't load or my ping shoots up, they won't even address our losses or remove this stuff either. Garbage staff.
Same, I have this dreaded black screen after champ select (seems like they fixed it sometime today) that happened to me like a month ago, which was prolly where I had maybe my 2nd or 3rd leave game EVER. I've played prolly over 100 games since there, and my 5 min wait for low priorty q got turned into 20 (I got to work in a custom, went back to rank, and got the black screen again). Whats REALLY upsetting is I have a pretty new Mac and sometimes after the 20min wait IT RESETS, making me wait another 20 min. I've already had an extra wait of 40 min. This shit is ridiculous, you'd think since this was a problem most likely caused by riot they would "reset" your leaver buster so your not so harsly punished, or half the leaver buster til shit gets resolved.....but nope
YEah this trash level client didn't update right last patch and when I just tried to re open League it crashed in the patch. pvp.net kernel has stopped working etc, I been playing this game long enough to know their trash client updated improperly and now I have to wait an hour for it to re download league. fun stuff. gj riot
Happened to me yesterday I have literally left one game in my entirety of playing league that was when my uncle died, yesterday the client wouldnt load the same thing happened today so I now have 2 flags i think? and I have like 5000 games played on my account....
Same BS. I was playing fine yesterday, then took a break. When I came back the game said it was blocked by a firewall. I fixed that though, and actually got back into the game :) Fortunately, the entire game was spent with higher than normal ping and very low FPS drops that didn't make sense to me.
Annnnnd I caught a leaverbuster warning and had to sign an agreement for a game that I didn't actually even get in to. GG rito. Best company NA.
Yep seeing this same bs as well. It is to the point that leave buster is worthless as it has way way to many false positives. Riot should turn it off as it is getting a lot of people. Big time if you play on the Mac client. It crashes every 3-4 games.
Yet riot has yet to seem to try to fix this since 4.15 and I have watch it get worse not better. The pc is hit as well.
6 games in a role I have had at least one people not load. Or crash out.
And now Riot decided to remove my post for going against the culture & etiquette. So what is being done to fix the issue? Deleting posts seem to be one...

Happened to my friend last night, started the match and the botched update kicked him out at the start. If they are going to implement automatic systems like this then they should at the very least make sure it can forgive client issues that are out of the players hands.
EDIT: My well since my friend had to agree to promise not to leave any more games, I guess he must have to learn to fix Riots client and start working there so Riot doesn't kick him anymore.
I got a warning because the game froze at the loading screen in a bot game.

This is exactly the same problem I'm having. After the update my game won't load. I'm inside but it says I'm disconnected and my FPS is literally at 1! I usually run my games at 80-100 FPS. No lie. and now I can't even load my game. I got a tribunal report saying if I leave anymore games there will be problems. And ever since the update I've only left 2 bot games because I couldn't even load the game. I've never been one to leave games and because my games won't load I've had 3 leaves and it's not even my fault. Please don't punish players for your mistakes.

I got one for not being able to load into the game. However I got in to the game literally 5 minutes after it started and even finished the game.
Got hit with Leaverbuster DESPITE the fact it didn't register me as a leave in the game result screen. Was the only time as well I've ever "left" a game.
Same problem here... couldn't connect, rebooted, still couldn't connect. On the 5th or 6th try I finally connected, then finished the game (lost of course). Then leaver buster puts me in the low priority queue after ONE disconnect.
Honestly Riot, this is ridiculous.
i honestly think Rito doesn't give a sh*t and wont fix anything important ASAP if it doesn't cause them to lose any money
This has been a problem since the 4.14 patch and it has only gotten worse. At first, I thought that it was an Mac issue, but it turns out that it was hitting my PC version of the client as well. So I did a repair and that temporarily fixed the issue. Riot really needs to get their crap pulled together, or I foresee more players leaving because of it.
I have no problems with League but whenever 9pm rolls around I get 1000 ping my client completly bugs out and I can't do anything but spectate other games. This bug stops the second 12pm rolls around, my league goes back to a sharp 80. Idk whats with this but it really is disturbing me.
This has happened to me many times. I'm on a Mac and it was happening 5-6x a day (granted I play 12-15 games a day).
90% of the time the only think you are going to get from support if you send in a ticket is a rehashed cut and paste email about if you need help with technical problem x then check this and that,etc.
yeah its not very good, still needs bugs ironed out. My comp shut down on me during a bot match. i quickly reconnected in like 2 minutes and I got 5 low priority Ques for it.
Since the patch came out I've only been able to spectate matches, I can't play at all because the black screen. It's starting to get kinda frustrating at this point
Ok, I actually got into a match this time.
I play at a bunch of different hours, and I'm in the Southeastern US. I try playing between 12pm and 9pm, I get all this massive lag, black screens, can't even connect.
Well, I tried something different this time. I tried closing out League entirely, and logging back in, and then connecting. Didn't work the first two times, but worked the third.
I got into the match, but the whole match, I'm stuck at 500+ ping, with split moments of response from my actions before it cuts out again. Can't do anything at all.
Riot, what is going on? Is this a DDoS attack on a specific region of the US? Is this some glitch in your network? A piece of faulty equipment? Please resolve, whatever this is.
I'm posting this while trying to reconnect to a game Riot servers wouldn't let me connect to the second time today. Also last time it said the I agree pop-up from leaver-buster. Yep. I prob won't be able to play for a week. or two.

You hit it right on the mark... Rito is punishing me for trying to load the game for a good 10 min and i just kept getting the black screen and I miss 1 game and im being punished... Rito plz
