Can't Put Points into Resolve Keystone
For some reason I can't select any Resolve Keystones. The mastery description blinks when i hover my mouse over it and clicking on it does nothing.

Had the same issue earlier. Just undo and redo the tier above it and it should fix.
Clicking on it a couple of times helped me, still blinks but i could select it.
Happens to me as well
Resize the client window.
