Fiora passive glitch

Sometimes when I'm playing Fiora I'll proc the passive and use my e or w and for no reason two passives pop up after that. Only one of them works of course but you have to do a bit of guess work. This happens about one in every 10 Fiora games for me and I've only has one game as Fiora since the recent patch. It didn't mention anything about this in the bug fixes so maybe it just hasn't been noticed.
