Lost Skin

So, as I finished playing a draft match, I saw that there was something new in my collection despite not having a bought, or earned a new skin, ward, etc. I looked and saw it was the Thunder Lord Ornn skin that I just used during the match, which I bought a few weeks ago. What i didn't notice, however, was the missing Dunkmaster Darius skin that I had bought a few weeks ago with the Ornn skin. I tried closing and opening league, and restarting my client, but nothing worked. I haven't been refunded the RP that I spent on the skin and I haven't gotten the skin back either. I don't know what can be done about this but I would like to know why this happened, and perhaps get a refund or the Dunkmaster skin back. Please help.
