Store never worked after update

after the new season started I logged in i clicked the store but it didnt load (like it showed nothing). then i clicked the league of legend icon (go back to home) and click the store icon again it showed up "session expired". As it said "reopening the client might help", i close the client and reopen it, but then it showed "connection error" and didnt even let me log in. Then i close the client and try to log in again and YES I LOGGED IN BUT AGAIN COULDNT USE MY STORE
This happened like a cycle. Anyone know what was going wrong? i could play games when i was able to log in tho, just couldnt use the store #window 8.1
