FPS Problems still persist after Preseason patch

Used to get 300 fps. Now we get 140 fps at best at the start of the game, and progressively decreasing as the game goes. My computer is amazing with every other game out there. It's only league. And no, it's not overheating. Has there been any fix for this problem? Any news?
