Game crashing randomly

So ive been playing league normally for the past 6 months. Since the start of this week my game has been crashing around every other game, restarting and crashing again. It temporarily fixes it when i restart my computer. It doesnt only happen in games, but also when im just using the client, or im in my inventory etc. Id really like to find a solution, does anyone have an idea?
