Vladimir: Can activate 'Tides of Blood' While 'Sanguinne Pool' is on.

I sadly didn't manage to get a link to the video, but I witnessed what I'm quite certain was a bug in an Ascension match.

Vladimir is capable of activating his E, While he is currently made invincible by his W. This means that he deals Insane AoE damage, And remains invulnerable while doing it.

Whether it's a bug or a gameplay element, it seriously has to be fixed.[
