[GAMEPLAY] JHIN'S CAMERA MOVES ALONE DURING ULT

Actually this is a pretty disturbing bug.... When you use Jhin's ultimate... the camera starts moving away from the focal point of the ultimate.

In less words... it gets away from your enemies... so you can't see who or where are you shooting... This needs fix... cause it's very VERY Anti-fun not to see what you are doing. This really needs to get fixed. Cause it happens at least 4 to 5 times or more per match.

And also... the camera zooms in at the end of the cone and not where you are standing... This is very annoying too.. Please fix it. This bug reaaaally needs to get fixed.
