The second quest in the link Harmony on the rift will not complete. I've won summoner's rift both in a bot match and a pvp match one right after the other and it will not complete. Before you might ask yes ive restarted league and I need a fast answer hopefully i dont have to wait for a mod but the community b/c i will have other missions today to complete also.
same thing happened to me. now the silence quest to get 15 kills or assists isnt working either.
edit: I completed the summoners rift win in blind pick, draft pick, and blood moon to no avail.
I, too, have won on Summoner's Rift vs. both Bots (after 3 troll-tastic teams in a row), and then in blind pick (when I didn't get credit in Bots win). If it needs to be draft pick for this, or ranked, please make a better note to describe that in the mission notes. :-(
