CRASH

CRASH after a huge lag spike in a hexakill game everybody got dced, this was fine because it let me reconnect to the game with only slight difficulty but when the game was won it wouldnt show the scores or ip won so i skipped view match history, and it went to my home, however the ip i shouldve won was not there, so i logged out and when i tried to log back in the game told me i had to reconnect to the game that was still in progress, even though i had won it, now every time i try to log in it will go to the reconnect screen and i have no way of getting out of it, how do i fix this?
