Log In Season 2019 Reset Causing Rune Pages to Clear

Hi there,

It seems with each patch, the game thinks I am logging in for the first time this season. It welcomes me to season 2019, which is fine, but all of the rune pages I've created are completely cleared as well - leaving only the 5 defaults. A quick google search has shown a few threads on this topic over the last couple of months without resolution, and a decent amount of players in those threads reporting the issue. Has there been a way to resolve this or keep it from re-occurring?

It was helpful the first few times to learn the new runes, since I have been away from the game for so long. However, the problem is quickly becoming tedious and unpleasant.
