The first time Sona uses Hymn of Valor in a game causes me to freeze for 1-2 seconds. This has happened 100% of the time when I am playing bot lane and the enemy support Sona starts Hymn of Valor as her first ability. It may only occur when she uses it inside of a bush but I can't confirm that.
Just happened when I was tryndamere top with a sona support on our own team. I didn't see what happened to cause it but the exact same freeze hit me once during levels 1 - 2 and didn't occur again for the rest of the match.
Yeah this happens in ARAM too - I don't think the brush is a related factor, just seems to be the first Q makes the whole game freeze up for a sec.
I see this all the time in ARAM, it's annoying.
