Does not work. People can walk through it. Champ dash abilities that cannot normally go through walls can(riven e, Vayne q). Champs get stuck in it all the time. It pulls tower aggro...... Elise's stun doesn't pull even though it is a stun. Do you have a play testing team?
Your wall touches them physically moving them that why the tower agros while Elsie stun does no damage, as for the other interactions a video would really help prove your point b/c it is possible you wall was too small or you missed the timing on it
Actually Anivia wall, like with other champion generated terrain, does not act like typical terrain. They are coded as minions which allows Vayne tumble and Riven E to pass through. This has been well known for a long time. Fun fact, at one point Sejuani Q could physically break Anivia wall, Jarvan ult and Trundle pillar. Coded as minions, they would break open and Trundle's pillar would no longer act as terrain.
Not really a bug, more like a mechanic that you are just now seeing.
The reason why Anivia's wall pulls aggro is because if you place it right on a champion, it actually deals 1 true damage, and the same happens with Trundle's pillar.
